Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are issued via bank transfer within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival.
